How to meditate
“Perhaps the most important thing to consider when doing a meditation is there is no good or bad.
It’s a technique designed to enable you to access positive states, it’s not a test. If you think ‘I can’t meditate’ then you might be missing the point.
Just because you don’t sit all the way to the end or just because you don’t feel instantly relaxed afterwards, doesn’t mean you can’t meditate.
Each time you meditate, it’s a different experience and you are a different person. So be patient and supportive of yourself. Thank you.”
