Meditation is a technique designed to enable you to access positive states.
It’s not a test
If you think ‘I can’t meditate’ then you might be missing the point.
Just because you don’t sit all the way to the end or just because you don’t feel instantly relaxed afterwards, doesn’t mean you can’t meditate.
Each time you meditate, it’s a different experience and you are a different person. So be patient and supportive of yourself.
